EndoMD Health is a digital-first endocrinology platform delivering in-network care for kids and young adults with metabolic conditions. We address the critical shortage of pediatric endocrinologists in the US. Currently we serve patients in Virginia and Maryland, but plan to expand nation-wide.

Dr. Davallow is an experienced and highly rated Ivy-league trained pediatric endocrinologist with over 10 years of experience treating kids. She is best known for her passionate and expert care for children with a variety of hormone and endocrine disorders such as weight, diabetes, growth, thyroid and puberty disorders.

Prior to her current role at EndoMD Health, Dr. Davallow has had several years of experience at large pediatric academic centers where she has not only seen children with endocrine conditions, but served as faculty for the medical school.

She has also published multiple research articles, particularly on growth in children. She has also been honored with numerous awards for her research, including placing first place for the annual UVA Pediatrics Research Competition for her research on ADHD and growth/short stature.

Dr. Isfort is a pediatric endocrinologist with extensive experience in the management of diverse endocrine conditions in children. She started her medical career in the military and was honored to serve our nation's military children before moving into civilian medicine. She is passionate about partnering with families to work toward the healthiest version of every child.

Prior to her current role at EndoMD Health, Dr. Isfort served as faculty at her medical school, the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) in Bethesda, Maryland. She has also worked for a large commercial medical group, and the Medical Corps.

She has published multiple research articles, delivered numerous presentations particularly on obesity management. She is also the recipient of several awards for her work in pediatric endocrinology, including a Joint Service Achievement Medal for clinical recognition and 2 Joint Service Commendation Medals.

Dr. Deswal has over 20 years of experience as a pediatric endocrinologist focusing on nutrition, metabolism and lifestyle medicine. She started her medical career at Massachusetts General Hospital before moving to the Joslin Diabetes Center and Boston Children's Hospital. She is passionate about delivering compassionate speciality care and making it accessible to families everywhere.

Prior to her current role at EndoMD Health, Dr. Deswal taught at the Harvard Medical School, and supervised Harvard's medical students, research assistants and visiting clinicians. She also provided medical education to school nurses.

She has published multiple research articles, delivered numerous presentations on thyroid conditions, diabetes and obesity management. She has received several awards for her work, including a research fellowship award and recognition in patient satisfaction by the Joslin Diabetes Center. As a parent of three kids, she enjoys exploring new places with her family and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
