We can provide a superbill—an itemized receipt for your visit—to submit to your insurer. Your plan’s out-of-network benefits determine any reimbursement.
You pay EndoMD directly; your insurer reviews the claim for reimbursement to you.

Medical visits, nutrition, labs and medication may have different benefits. We’ll help you understand your plan’s coverage, expected costs and any approval steps for your care.
Do I need a referral?
Some plans require a referral from your primary care clinician. We’ll check your plan’s requirements and explain any next steps. Self-pay visits do not need an insurance referral.

Is medication included in the visit price?
Medication is billed separately from your medical visit. If it is prescribed, we’ll help you understand coverage and approval steps. Your pharmacy benefit determines your share of the cost.

Your cost depends on your insurance plan and care needs. We’ll review benefits and explain expected costs before you choose to enroll, including any copay, deductible or separate charges. Joining the waitlist is free.

Yes. We welcome self-pay patients and explain fees before the visit. If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill to submit to your insurer for reimbursement under your plan.
